Nanimonai Tamashī 何もない魂 or “Nothing’s Soul”

A straight wakizashi with more in common to a shikomizue / cane sword styled blade. Kitsuki Donoha described it has his interpretation of Void. Telling Shosuro Hanzo that the iron and copper accents were designed with the three, obsidian menuki grip (two on one side and one on the other). All things are void, all things are temporary, and most important all things are in the middle state between these two.

L5R 4th Ed. “In Game” Mechanics

• Damage is 2k2.
• Lethal: Adds user Strength score as a flat damage bonus.
• Nearly Invulnerable: For every point of permanent Void the craftsman has at the time of making, that many raises must be taken for no value to begin damaging the item. In the case of Nanimonai Tamashi three raises must be taken.
